What this alliance intends to give its members.
This is what we are building toward. None of it is promised yet, and we will not pretend otherwise: these are north stars, stated plainly, so that you can hold our direction against our progress. Members will shape which of these come first, and what each one becomes.
Shared knowledge
What one of us learns the hard way should not cost the next one the same price. The lessons, playbooks, and hard-won answers of founders who walked a stretch of the road before you, gathered in one place and free.
Honest numbers
What things really cost. What ventures like yours really earn. How the platforms and providers really behave. Published openly, with the method shown, by the only people with no reason to dress them up.
A name that vouches
Doors that today open only for an investor's signature should open for demonstrated work. We intend IFA to become a name that can stand behind an independent founder when the gate asks who sent you.
A voice together
Positions taken in public, backed by evidence, addressed to the providers we all depend on and to anyone else who shapes the ground we build on.
The company of peers
People who carry the same weight. Someone to ask, someone to answer, someone who knows exactly why you chose this road.
Where we are today: at the beginning. What exists is a set of documents, an open ledger, and intent. The status page will always say exactly how far along each of these is, and nothing here will be described as more than it is.
